Day to day account management of ten projects across five verticals:• Grew one account in particular from a £5k 4 week campaign, to an 18 week £16k campaign• Began and built company’s relationship with the world’s largest sports data provider for improved integration into company platforms and products. • Role was very client facing orientated with my own clients including: Chelsea FC, QPR FC, Frank PR, Hovis Bakery and Epson. Copy writing across various projects and the responsibility for company Facebook posts and thought leadership content for the agency, required excellent copy writing and literary skills. Implemented weekly content updates for clients as projects evolved as well as compiling and delivering weekly reports for campaign success tracking. Frequently met with clients and arranged and executed key actionables, as well as leading weekly client conference meetings/calls. Raised invoices and PO’s, compiled cost estimates, SOW’s, agendas and project schedules, provided quotes for new projects and briefed 3rd party suppliers. Platform and product troubleshooting was key; Tech/Bug testing of all digital products became a must for successful liaison and expectation management of client requiring excellent communication, technological and organizational skills. Excellent technological understanding of company products were key, both for the client and the success of the role.
