I started out as an account manager at RentACenter several years ago and worked my way up within the company. I went from being an account manager to Credit manager then on to the General Manager position. Since then I have been in retail management for the past 20-25 years. I have been very successful developing new talent within and literally cross training everyone within my building. I am a working manager/Leader and not one of those that just dictates what needs to be done, I get involved. Throughout the years I have developed exceptional customer service skills and always go above and beyond to meet and exceed the customer’s expectations.
