As a Senior Design Business Analyst, I am responsible for transforming identity and access management (IAM) for various clients in the financial sector. I work with external vendors, internal teams, and industry partners to deliver innovative and secure digital identity solutions that enhance customer experience and trust. I also co-chair non-competitive collaboration forums with multiple banks to support digital identity in the UK.I have over eight years of experience as a business analyst and project manager in the banking and technology domains. I have worked with NatWest Group, Barclays Investment Bank, and other leading organizations, managing and delivering complex projects such as LIBOR transitioning and IAM. I have strong skills in BI tools, SQL, Teradata, communication, and negotiation. I hold a Master of Science (MSc) in Management Of Information Technology Systems from Strathclyde Business School, where I graduated top of my class with a distinction and a published research article. I also have a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Engineering from Glasgow Caledonian University. I am certified by the Institute of Risk Management (IRM) and fluent in English, French, and Igbo. My goal is to leverage my expertise and passion for IAM to create value and impact for ZILO and its clients.
