Colesworthy & Associates located in the Newport Beach/Irvine area and was top producer on numerous occasions.Throughout my years in real estate, I have specialized in apartment and retail investment sales, exchanges and property management of hundreds of apartment units with an aggregate value over $100,000,000. I also initiated the formation of the Chino Hills State Park with the sale of approximately 2,000 acres to the State of California; negotiated the sale of privately owned acreage that was added to the Angeles Crest National Forest; and appeared before county planning commissioners in-order to successfully acquire a density bonus for my client’s apartment project.
