17 years of recruiting, talent retention, and operational experience has led me to my current position. I am fortunate enough to be the regional manager of the most productive recruiting team in the state of New Mexico for the New Mexico Army National Guard. Process improvement, flexibility, mentorship, and positive leadership allow me to continue to push my team to continuous production and achievement. Continuous learning is what drives me. I study and learn from all industries to learn and become better. Individuals like Jocko Willink, Chris Voss, Kobe Bryant, Paolo Cuello, Shawn Achor, and Jen Sinchero have published wonderful concepts to learn from and assist me in development of myself. But, everyday scenarios, energy of my recruiters, and challenges of the job are what keep me sharp. The published materials, and real world experience has taken me to a whole new level in my own development and practice in the Art of sales and persuasion.
