Project Director with more than 16 years’ experience in construction, interior fit-out management, delivering high-end projects across Asia, Europe, and Africa. Based in Hong Kong for the past 10 years, I have led a broad range of project portfolios in Retail, Luxury Retail, F&B, Hospitality, Educational and Leisure sectors, leading PM teams to handle multiple projects simultaneously.I put great emphasis on listening and keeping close communications with Clients to understand their needs, implement appropriate processes and ensure their requirements are addressed with the right project strategy and anticipating our Client's future operations.Result oriented, I believe in effective cross team collaboration to achieve efficiencies, deliver objectives and enhance Client satisfaction.With new projects always come new interesting challenges, I never get bored!
