Designs, develops, tests, and documents scripts and routines as needed for enhancing and automating Administrative Applications monitoring and management. Designs, develops, tests, and documents programs and scripts that automate routing tasks. Designs, develops, tests, and documents status reporting programs for the gathering of performance measurements used for balanced scorecard and capacity planning reporting and activities. Assists with moderately complex design, development, testing, and documentation of the program (e.g., library system). Used a comprehensive and updated lesson plan/syllabus for students. Impart and share knowledge to students with maximum proficiency. Implement teaching methods and techniques considering factors such as students’ level of difficulty, lesson context, class hours and other related factors. Monitor students’ progress in learning through the use of evaluation tools such as quizzes, recitations, classroom participation, term examinations and other methods appraisal to facilitate the desired learning of students. Keep precise and update grades and other form of class standing ratings and promptly submit the same periodically or upon direction of duly designated representatives of the SCHOOL. Attend meetings, seminars, in service training, conferences, and symposium in and out of the SCHOOL, and keep a breast with the latest trends in my field of specialization.
