I’m passionate about helping working class families prepare for retirement and/or financial independence. I specialize in retirement planning as a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, and I also specialize in helping those who are still working to be able to effectively manage their employer provided retirement plans such as a 401(k), 403(b), or a 457 plan. I’ve found that many working families are busy and end up simply never giving enough attention to these vital resources. However, being more intentional with these investments and others can pay off in a big way. It’s important for people to act now rather than later to be successful in this, and I can help.After several years in the financial industry working for a fortune 500 financial firm as well as a small elite RIA, I discovered how to best serve clients as well as what is wrong with our industry. It became obvious to me I would not be able to serve clients properly unless I built my own business with the right structure. I began to get inspired to start my own financial practice where I could be free of big corporate obligations or interests. In 2020 I launched Seven Ventures Wealth Management LLC creating the name from a Bible passage that inspired me and spoke directly to my heart about how I wanted to help my clients prepare for the future.The inspiration comes from Ecclesiastes chapter 11. Verse 2 says to "Divide your wealth into Seven Ventures or even Eight, since you don't know what disasters may come upon the earth"As an independent advisor through Seven Ventures Wealth Management LLC I am able to place all options on the table for my clients. I believe I offer true diversification to investors, and a solid plan that is objective and can include access to all the different "ventures" or asset classes an investor should be considering in today’s world.
