As the Facilities Manager for the Pentucket Regional School District. Mr. Hadden is responsible for all aspects of facility management for 6 school facilities totaling more than 800,000 sq. ft. and @ 3oo acres of grounds with a staff of @ 20 custodial laborers and 4 technical staff members. Mr Hadden also manages sub contractors and other various trade specialties to support the educational facilities needs.Project Management for Pentucket/Massachusetts School Building Association Green repair programs.The Bagnall School in Groveland Ma, received a new insulated roof system, a new condensing boiler system, and Hi E windows and doors.The Page School in West Newbury received a built up insulated roof and metal standing seam system, new boilers, and Hi E windows and doors.The Donaghue School in Merrimac received a new insulated roof system.The Sweetsir School in Merrimac received a new insulated roof system, new roof top heating and ducted systems, and Hi E windows and doors.Preparing an MSBA accelerated repair project for the Pentucket Middle School for FY 14 to include a partial roof repair and Hi E natural gas condensing boilers.Preparing an MSBA long range project for a Pentucket High School renovation plan to update the aging facility to provide a modernized educational facility.Providing project management coordination for the towns of Groveland, West Newbury and the School District in major renovations fully funded by the towns for their respective elementary schools. The projects provide updated infrastructure such as main electrical services, HVAC and controls, communications, plumbing, IT. The projects provide new facility areas such as gymnasiums, cafetoriums, kitchens, administrative areas.PM planning for a new HS/MS campus athletic complex inclusive of providing new tennis courts, a new softball field, a renovated multi-use practice field, and a synthetic turf football field inside a new track facility and student access to the Merrimack River.

Gregory Hadden has 30+ years of industrial maintenance engineering experience in the field and management level. He is extremely knowledgeable and experienced with all the aspects of equipment and facilities maintenance, infrastructure, systems commissioning, environmental, health & safety and emergency management. This enables him to function in many capacities. Such as an on-site mechanic/technician, engineering specialist, project manager; and program manager as the project requirement may dictate. Mr. Hadden is skilled with the use and development of blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings and the coordination and commissioning of large and complex projects. Mr. Hadden is well versed in all aspects of maintenance and facilities program management as a CPMM (Certified Plant Maintenance Manager), OSHA Programs Manager (Authorized USDOL/OSHA Instructor of General Industry & Construction), Environmental Management Programs Specialist and as a Federal Emergency Manager (FEMA/MEMA ICS 400). These attributes allow Mr. Hadden to combine practical knowledge, skills and abilities to implement real world solutions for complex issues.
