Duties and Selected Accomplishments:• Assist in development and delivery of carrier partner trainings and rollouts.• Assist home office departments in the development and delivery of training for the field.• Oversee and manage the training support staff’s day-to-day activities, including management of the LMS, coordination of schedules and duties, etc.• Support the communications team with drafting and editing content for delivery to the field (including Leaders’ Corner notices, HealthMarkets Way, Compass, InFront, etc.).• Act as liaison for HealthMarkets training for carrier partners and vendors.• Act as training representative for new carrier on boarding or expansion of existing carrier partner presence.• Develop training curriculum for alternative distribution channels such as call centers and other Brokers outside of HealthMarkets.• Develop sales training curriculum for field.• Support field offices with their training needs in face-to-face (back up person) and web-based trainings, including development and delivery of training content (may include live, webinar, pre-recorded trainings and job aids).• Back up for the visiting of each field leader once a calendar year to train on HealthMarkets products or compliance topic.• Provide support in other capacities as needed
Learning Management System Administrator
Basic Function: This position is responsible for managing administration of the Learning Management System utilized by the Agent field force for delivery and documentation of training. This includes day-to-day operations support, updates and enhancement to tools, assisting staff, use of the LMS system, interaction with the vendor, training of field employees and agents, and creating and maintaining document products to ensure effective use of the system and documents that result in user satisfaction.Major Actions:Administer the creations and maintenance of documents, including coordination, oversight and editing of course content, visual charts and support documents. Act as a technical expert and resource for users in a professional and timely manner, implementing appropriate process and procedures, and maintaining current licensing and software updates.Provide support services for Training and Carrier teams through instructional design maintenance of training content, as well as editing skills for electronic deliver of content.Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with all levels of internal staff, vendor relationship management, and field agents and leadership, including research needed to perform these responsibilities.Technical support services for all LMS users. Responsible for change and upkeep of data formats, providing/developing user documentation and instructions, educating management about potential use of services, and technology developments.

• Responsible for the effective development, coordination and presentation of training and development programs for National Product Training Department. • Assess agency-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives. • Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for Insphere Insurance Solutions. • Actively research, creatively design and implement effective methods to educate, enhance performance and recognize performance.• Develops, writes and coordinates training presentations working with Specialists or research materials for specific details. The training material should include: course content, visual charts, slides etc. as needed.• Review follow-up studies of all completed trainings to evaluate and measure results; modify presentations as needed; develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.• Help maintain the agent education vehicle known as NetExam. Help keep Catalogs, Curriculums and User Groups current on NetExam. Help with trouble shooting as problems with NetExam occur.• Develop and maintain property communications such as the Agent Resource Center training page to ensure employees and agents have knowledge of upcoming events, general information, announcements and instructional trainings (such as NetExam Navigation Instructions).
