As an athlete, I attended Dixie Community College for the 1996 and 1997 season, graduating with my Associate’s degree in Science. I then continued on to play for Southern Utah University from 1997 to 2000. During my time at Southern Utah University I took on the position of Graduate Assistant Boys Basketball Coach. From there I moved to Oregon to further my career as the Assistant Men’s Basketball Coach at Treasure Valley Community College. I moved to Las Vegas, Nevada after the Head Coach I assisted retired in 2002. In Las Vegas, I started out as the Head Boys Basketball Coach at Trinity International Junior/Senior High School. During my season at Trinity, from 2005 to 2006 we won the State Title in basketball; this was the first State title in school history. The following season, we were State Runner–up. I went on to Liberty High School where I assisted the Girls Basketball program. The first year as an Assistant we were Division Champions and State Runner-Up. Since leaving Liberty High School in 2012, I have become the Assistant Boys’ Basketball Coach for the Clark High School Boys Basketball program. During the 2015 to 2016 season, I was the Head Coach of the Junior Varsity Boys Basketball team as well as assisted our Varsity Coach during Playoffs and the State Championship. While at Clark we became three time defending State Champions. As for a Head Coach, you are seeking someone who can train, develop and mentor student athletes in both team performance and academic excellence. I strongly believe with my skill set and determination, that I am an ideal candidate for this position.
