Responsible for the supervision of a crew of production workers on the H-1 Huey/Cobra Upgrade Program. Directed and guided subordinate employees in meeting production schedules within cost and quality standards. Also supported Build Team Requirements.

Direct support of weapons testing, including analysis of loads, vibration, separation and accuracy data. Responsible for managing test aircraft maintenance including availability and configuration. Specific assignment as Configuration Modification Director in the execution of three large scale modifications (3300 maintenance hours on each aircraft mod).

Supported two Marine Air Groups including seven different units as the customer's direct liaison to Bell Helicopter for Integrated Logistics Support. Also supported four off-site units with world-wide locations.
