Successfully managed several software development projects for various business lines throughout the bank. All projects were implemented on-time and budget. Coordinated the scrum teams through several sprints resulting in the implementation of many different projects for the bank.

Directed all aspects of the CIMS Billing System upon acquisition from Verisign. Led team responsible for billing operations encompassing more than 12 clients. Leadership includes assuring on-time delivery of bills, managing on-line response time and maintaining systems. Responsible for customer care center staff who are first responders for any client-related issue. Successfully directed team design and development of several enhancements to current system for existing clients and simultaneously managed several versions of software for these clients. Directed development and implementation of several enhancements for the Sprint Business Unit. The largest project,CSM for Sprint, utilized new technology to deliver a new component. Successfully met production implementation date.Managed the design and development of several P2K enhancements for Sprint PCS. Enhancements completed on time and within budget.Built interface to the P2K Collection System to properly treat past due customers. Used Visual Basic and C++ on the client with C++ and an Oracle database running on the server. All server transactions were handled through tuxedo and mainframe transactions using MQ Series. Created application interface to IBM's OnDemand. Modified OnDemand to initiate a window transaction to start up adjustments window.Managed development of client/server application for Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company. System facilitated selling new phone service through a point and click GUI application. Three-tiered application ran using Visual Basic and C++ on the client with C++ and an Oracle database running on the server. Using MQ Series, the application interfaced with the CBIS applications on the IBM mainframe.

Directed work of the Boeing product managers on the Requirements Data Bank (RDB) contract. Supervised planning, scheduling and budgeting of all Boeing subsystems for this project. Directed Repair Staff to build a high quality CICS/COBOL system completing every major milestone on schedule and within budget. The Expense Item staff completed more than 350 program specifications in preparation for coding the system.Managed a staff of 13 programmers and analysts in the design of the Expense Item Subsystem. Subsystem managed over 500,000 expendable spare parts for the United States Air Force weapons systems as part of the RDB integrated database. In addition to this project, managed the staff that completed several enhancements to the Recoverables Central Secondary Item Stratification System.Designed and acted as project manager on the Recoverables Central Secondary Item Stratifications System for; Led this COBOL, CICS system as the only system in the initial phase to meet all cost and schedule requirements. The software products went through formal testing with a minimal number of errors, demonstrating that this was a high quality product. The RDB Technical Director used the documentation produced by as an example for all other RDB products to follow.

Performed initial data gathering and preliminary design of the Retail Interest Bearing System. Met with the heads of every GMAC operating department to determine the requirements of this system. Received approval to proceed with development after presenting the initial design to this same group of Directors and Vice Presidents. This system replaced GMAC's use of the rule of 78 and became the basis for all GMAC retail contracts.Led the design, programming and implementation of the GMAC on-line General Ledger System. This system captured transactions entered by more than 300 GMAC branches in the United States and Canada and placed them on the general ledger.Lead programmer on the short term notes system. This system tracked activity on GMAC's interest bearing notes. Wrote the on-line programs that updated the tables used in calculating the medium and short term notes.

Performed maintenance on the Employees Receivable System. This system tracked advances and expenditures of NCR traveling employees.

Performed maintenance on the Weekly Premium System. Made changes to several COBOL programs that handled premium collections and paying benefits to policyholders.
