My name Gregory (Greg) Hedges. I am a licensed Personal Trainer at the age of 20. When I was 13 I had a tumor removed from my brain, ever sense then I've been interested in helping people. I wanted to become a personal trainer because I've been through the weight loss battle and I want to help other people through it. My Dad became a personal trainer a few years after I got out of the hospital and he worked out a friendship with the owner of the gym to allow me to work there. Besides the attainment of my first ISSA Personal Training Certificate, I feel it was the biggest moment in my career. I was able to get a clear understanding of the field while watching actual trainers at work. Trainers like Greg Treviso who's credentials include: B.A. Kinesiology; ISSA- Certified Fitness Trainer, Specialist in Performance Nutrition; NSCA- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and Lance Dreher a two-time Mr. Universe and former Mr. America. And probably the most important, Don Hedges, my father. My biggest career goal is to be just like him, his philosophy is to never make a client do something he couldn't do and I think that's the best way to become the best. One of my most esteemed skills is my knowledge of anatomy.
