Detective - Professional Standards Unit (Internal Affairs). - Report directly to Chief and Deputy Chief of Police to investigate alleged complaints (Criminal and Administrative) against police department personnel.- Interview complainants, witnesses, and target(s) of investigations. - Gather facts and evidence and submit investigation report based on all evidence and facts available. - Conduct background investigations for full time police officers, part time officers, dispatchers, and any personnel with access to confidential or restricted areas.

Multi Agency Police Peer Support (MAPPS) Officer. Confidential officer wellness program focusing on officers mental, emotional, and physical health on and off the job. Officers from three local agencies can contact any MAPPS officer for peer support.

Detective - Special Investigations Unit (Narcotics, Human Trafficking & Prostitution Ops, Retail Theft Rings)- Conduct narcotics investigations from street level to drug trafficking organizations (DTO)- Conduct surveillance on targets and target locations (Physical and Digital)- Undercover Operations (Drug, Gun, and Prostitution/Human Trafficking)- Organized Retail Theft investigations (case agent, surveillance, and undercover)- Gather intelligence and interview sources
