With over four years of work experience in retail and hospitality, I am currently the Assistant General Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf®, where I lead a team of over 20 staff members, oversee daily operations, and handle purchase orders and inventory management. I have a BA in History from the University of Redlands, which has helped me develop my critical thinking, research, and writing skills, as well as my passion for learning and exploring different perspectives. I have also honed my interpersonal and written communication skills through my previous roles as an Assistant Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® and a Team Member at Target, where I delivered excellent customer service, fulfilled online orders, and maintained store standards.
