CurrentResponsible for IT project development, daily production support, and legacy software continuous improvement / replacement across multiple tribal-owned entities.• Responsible for strategic direction and IT spend across headcount, infrastructure (mix of cloud and on-prem solutions), and vendor supporting solutions.• Coordinated onboarding of cloud vendor services (AWS, Rackspace) to existing on-prem solutions for loan decision engine suite enclosed within load balanced environment for Cloud IT Operations.• Primary IT liaison for SOC 2 Type 1 assessment engagement with external vendor, responsible for the establishment / enhancement of key policies including: Information Security, Incident Response, IT Risk Assessment and Management, Infrastructure Change Management, Electronic Media Disposal, and Removable Media.• Developed, maintained, and reported Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to business community with regards to website uptime and loan decision engine performance metrics.• Established continuously available SQL Data Warehouse on application volume, metrics and throughput for Risk, Marketing, Operations teams – updated every 15 minutes 24/7/365 with monitoring to support staff as warranted. • Developed customized nightly ACH processing automation to support dynamic investor assignment, delegation to payment processors, flexible reporting structures. • Removed redundant and inefficient file storage methodologies and internet providers, saving firm $25k per year.• Managed training of 65 employees on cyber security trends across 4 diverse office environments (Atlanta, St Croix, Puerto Rico, Upper Peninsula of Michigan).• Oversaw website support enhancement allowing firm to grow loan portfolio 120% within first 6 months of arrival.• Oversaw migration of primary website from Orchard framework to a more flexible and modern architecture (DNN). Oversaw expansion of Marketing content of primary site in excess of 10x amount previously available under Orchard
