My primary role was to re-align and re-organize the medical affairs function for Asia-Pacific, ex-JP and CN. In a short period of time, I established and grew an impactful medical affairs function at regional and local affiliate level. In addition, I developed a pipeline of ISTs and clinical studies to support medico-marketing efforts for innovative and established brands. Developed and spearheaded Santen Vision Academy, a premier regional KOL platform and launched the first major digital initiative for medical education, SantenMD, during the start of COVID.

Responsible for global medical affairs of Sirtex's lead oncology product, SIR-Spheres microspheres. Served as global therapeutic area expert with deep understanding of real world practice involving multidisciplinary specialties such as medical and surgical oncology, gastroenterology, interventional radiology and nuclear medicine. Also served as medical monitor on all global clinical trials involving SIR-Spheres microspheres. Had a dual-role of being directly responsible for medical affairs in Asia-Pacific.

I worked as an IP commercialisation professional at Exploit Technologies Pte Ltd. Chiefly focused on IP licensing, technology evaluation and patent portfolio management, my main role is to identify A*STAR technologies with commercial potential and to seek industry or clinical partners to co-develop with. In addition, I am responsible for early stage technology valuations, deal structuring and executing business transactions with our partners.
