I am currently employed in Project Management Construction Services as a licensed Master Plumber/Pipefitter and Backflow prevention assembly tester. I have worked in this position for over 21 years (252 months), during which time I have developed problem-solving along with interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in my career. My principle duties are to perform work requested by clients via a work request order, which includes determining methods, processes, materials and equipment to be used to perform the requested work. I supervise construction and remodeling projects from onset through completion, order and procure necessary material and supplies essential to project success. I also make recommendations on whether the work should be performed in-house, or by the use of a contractor. My duties also include the use of a computer, and various office functions in keeping track of my workload.My prior experience includes working as a foreman/ crew chief in the piping trades, over-seeing the day to day operations of a construction site and/or crew, interaction and coordination with other trades, reading and interpreting blueprints, mechanical drawings, construction schedules and submittals.I have been involved with the U.T. community for over 2 decades, developing working relationships with a wide variety of UT personnel.
