I'm in charge of managing the medAL-suite. This suite helps provide better healthcare to children in developing countries. My role is to translate users needs into stories and communicate efficiently with the developpers. Ensure the life-cyle of the apps and release updates.I also participate to several data management project to help studies to control and clean their data, using R script and REDCap.

The US Government is looking to solve different issues by rebuilding the apprenticeship around the Swiss model. Our CEO, Mr. Kudelski is fully committed to this cause and therefore is willing his company to participate to this amazing project. As a Swiss apprenticeship expert, I moved in Arizona to tackle this challenge. My missions are to deal with the local institutions and convince them to help us in this journey, implement a system based on the Swiss model, review the curriculum that would fit the program, train our internal people and more.Today we are proud to say that our US apprenticeship program based on the Swiss model is up and running with 2 high school apprentices. We are acting as a leader in this domain in Arizona, and are helping to promote this model around the country.

CRM Administrator (80%)- As a CRM Administrator, I manage user requests and help them to use the system properly. I'm technically responsible for the Sales side of the CRM, and backup for the Service side. I gather the business requirements and assess their relevance and impact on the actual configuration. I’m in charge of their implementation, test and documentation. Our CRM is integrated with an ERP, and therefore brings more complexity to the whole ecosystem. I have extensive knowledge on both Oracle Siebel and Microsoft Dynamics.Senior Apprentice Manager (20%)- I manage from 8 to 12 IT apprentices from different years. My mission is to provide them all the material needed for them to succeed. I’m involved from the time where they apply, until they earn their certification after 4 years of apprenticeship. I follow their performance closely, as well as their relationship across the company, and do my best for them to feel comfortable and be able to work in good and respectful conditions.

System Administraor (60%)- My job is to ensure that every problem reported by our internal customers is handle in time and professionally. From hardware to software and network, I’m capable to analyze the situation and solve a lot of different issues. I’m good in communication with others and have the lead on the printer management. I also make sure that the processes are respected and up to date.- My biggest task was the study and the implementation of a secure printing by badge, having convinced my hierarchy of profits brought by this product. This system allowed the company an excellent management of the breakdowns, a better confidentiality of the printings and an important financial economy.Senior Apprentice Manager (40%)- I manage from 8 to 12 IT apprentices from different years. My mission is to provide them all the material needed for them to succeed. I’m involved from the time where they apply, until they earn their certification after 4 years of apprenticeship.
