From March 2005 - July 2018: On-site support on the staff of the Chief of Naval Operations (Director, Surface Warfare, OPNAV N96) providing program and acquisition management for manpower, personnel, and training requirements for combatant ship and ship systems. Including: CG 47 Class, DDG 51 Class, DDG 1000 Class, LCS 1 and LCS 2 Variants and respective Mission Packages, LCC Class, and PC Class. Assisted Resource Sponsors with initial training analysis for FFG(X) and Future Surface Combatant programs. In addition, most hull, mechanical, and electrical (HM&E) and deck systems and Chem-Bio Defense. Interface directly with counterparts in OPNAV, PEOs, Learning Centers, and the Fleet staffs. Provide analysis with recommendations, White Papers, and Route Packages for Senior Leadership consideration.From July 2018-October 2018: For 100 days, assisted the Director of Expeditionary Warfare (OPNAV N95) to develop POM-2021 (FY21-26) training and manpower requirements in response to long-range acquisition programs for amphibious ships, SEABEES, SEALS, NECC, et al.

Assisted KU international students to improve their English conversation. Invited them to my fraternity functions, went to their dorms and apartments. Encouraged them to speak English at the dinner table as all their senses/brain were in full activity. Students from all over Asia, Middle East, and Latin America.
