• As Site lead, provided guidance to military’s S2 and Tactical Operation Center (TAC). Reported directly to the program RC management and serves as a liaison between the customers (US ARMY).• This position is responsible for the management of site personnel, assisting with the movement of personnel and inventory through the RC and report writing and documentation.• This position reports all SIGACTS through proper channels to RC management in a timely manner to assist in affectively evaluating enemy tactics.• This position is responsible for ensuring that new team members receive proper OJT relevant to the site and its mission requirements.• Responsible for acquisition and data collection of any intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance information for the Army.• As a Field Service Rep you’re required to work long HRS and be a subject matter expert with all PGSS equipment (persistence Ground Surveillance Systems) in Afghanistan. Traveling to multiple sites VIA helicopter/Military convoy. • As RC south Hub manager it was required to provide daily reports on manpower, personnel and equipment as well as attending scheduled meetings daily. • It serves as a liaison in multiple facets throughout RC with command and its components; military intelligence officers and program officers to assess the needs at site level.• Responsible for the assembly and record keeping of personnel utilizing a readiness and Manpower planning data base. Ensure personnel compliance with program policies, military regulations and program directives.• Reviewed test plans and set goals for future.• Developed curriculum, course outline, student/trainer test and evaluations for PSS-T training program.• Devised measurable and observable steps to achieving operational outcomes.• Assigned plan tasks to different individuals and assure deadlines are achieved.• Drafted and submitted written memorandums and reports regarding progress.
