As an Tier 3 Resolutions Technician my job responsibility was mostly centered around dealing with client tickets that had been unresolved for multiple days and on rare occasions multiple weeks. These sessions included Troubleshooting:~Nonfunctional printers, ~Corrupted Operating Systems requiring re-installation, ~Malfunctioning software including Quicken, Microsoft Office, etc... etc...~WiFi/Ethernet internet connection issues, ~Virus removal including, malware, ransomware, and data encryption viruses. ~Hardware issues that required physical hardware replacementAll client's that were under my supervision were treated in a professional manner and left with 100 percent satisfaction in the work performed. Additionally, I would assist other technicians with their escalated sessions when they reached a point at which they were unsure of how to proceed.
