Working with a number of third party suppliers including IBM, Teradata and Informatica and using state of the art technologies to ensure DLG's place as a market leader for years to come.Promotions & Discounts Delivery of a solution which took outputs from customer quote and buy journeys to enable automated discounts to be applied to premiums. The solution was built primarily using Drools / BRMS and Informatica RDM. External solution integrations included RADAR, Guidewire, Thunderhead, ESB.Customer BarringDelivery of a solution allowing the addition of customers to a barring database which would flag this status to call agents as well as block quotes from any channels (Guidewire / Digital & Aggregators).
