I initialise scoping phases with the client which includes readiness assessments, identifying the gaps that need to be filled before implementation, as well as analyse and revise core processes and procedures to ensure sustainability afterwards. I provide data analysis and process improvements, to identify various business requirements.I am also responsible for end user training, testing and implementation of related business processes. I assist in designing and documenting of procedures and manuals.
