Manager - Evaluation, Measurement, And Verification (Emv) Of Energy Efficiency Programs
CurrentI am responsible for managing the Evaluation, Measurement, and Verification activities of the Energy Efficiency programs for SJI's two regulated natural gas utilities, South Jersey Gas and Elizabethtown Gas.This includes:- Overseeing the process of neutral third party evaluations of the utility-run energy efficiency programs.- Ensuring compliance with the measurement and reporting requirements of the state regulator, the NJ Board of Public Utilities to ensure accurate measurement and reporting of the energy savings from the regulated utility run energy efficiency programs.- Working with the state EMV Working Groups to develop, improve, and update the State's key regulatory documents for energy efficiency programs, such as the Technical Resource Manual, and the NJ Cost Tests that regulate how energy savings are calculated and how the Cost-Benefit Analysis of programs are conducted.- Participating in Joint Utility groups with the other regulated utilities in the state to ensure consistent and universal standards and practices for the implementation and evaluation of utility-run energy efficiency programs for the regulated natural gas and electric utilities across the state of New Jersey.
