-Responsible for Institute pre-award activities for Institute funded projects, which include research proposal review, routing Notice of Agreements for signatures, budget and cost share preparation, initiation of sub-contracts, and submission of documents.-Reviews proposal terms for compliance concerns and analyzes proposal documents for accuracy and compliance with University, Institute, and funded entities' requirements.-Responsible for determining the best procurement method.
