Very fast paced hotel environment. Lean staff which means every department pitches in to help each other. Mostly a business traveler hotel, but is set up as an Extended Stay location. Definitely nice to keep company with such a diverse group of people. Plus the long term guest sometimes need a little extra TLC. Lots of them are displaced families due to fire, flooding, etc. I always go the extra mile to keep our guests more than comfortable. In this business word of mouth is everything.
