Manage two teams within the Payment Operations group: ACH Operations and ACH Risk Control. Primary responsibility for the Operations team is the oversight of the daily processing of approximately one million ACH transactions with a combined debit/credit average value of one billion dollars. Related activities include the processing of government payment reclamations and the resolution of disputed transactions in accordance with applicable rules and regulations. The Risk Control team is responsible for new client due diligence, database setup and maintenance activities, and ongoing monitoring of exposure limits during processing. Additional activities include participation in multiple ongoing projects, providing companywide training on ACH processes and systems, and support of various risk management and compliance initiatives. Member of the ePayResources Operations Committee (regional payments association). Partner with Treasury Management Services to define and develop the future state of the ACH environment and related products.

Managed two teams within ACH Operations providing support in the areas of Reconciliation and Returns Exceptions. Increased efficiency and reduced costs by revising procedures and processes related to these functions. As part of the Payments Operations Compliance team, other duties included managing the ACH Risk Control documentation and activities. Acted as main ACH Operations representative and coordinator for all Corporate Audit related efforts.

Supported all aspects of ACH Operations with emphasis on Production, Reconciliation and Exceptions. Main contributions focused on the automation of manual tasks through the design, coding and implementation of PC-based applications. Participated in several projects related to Six Sigma and Green and Black Belt efforts. Constructed business requirement documentation and assisted in the creation of technical solutions in support of several projects. Was sole operational support for web-based, workflow tracking application used by ACH Operations and managed all updates to that system for several years including requirements, testing and implementation activities.

Key contributor and leader on multiple projects focused on the database consolidation of legacy ACH systems resulting from mergers. Supervised team responsible for the conversion of data from multiple systems into target platforms. Other duties included defining and documenting special processes while determining solutions for their implementation in new environments. Experienced in all aspects of project planning and methodology from conception through design to implementation.
