Instructional design of printed distance education courseware for partner organisations - Engineering Education Australia, Local Government Industry Training Board, RMIT School of Design, RMIT School of Engineering. Moderating videoconferences and teleconferences for the Estate Agents Board in their delivery of course materials through the TAFE Off-campus Coordinating Authority

Training technical and operational staff in the principles and practices of broadcasting (television and radio). Professional development of staff (e.g. in communication skills)

Five year on-the-job training including studies at the PMG School (technician) and RMIT (advanced certificate in technology). Maintenance and Installation experience in both radio and television, including participating in the colour conversion project where the Ripponlea studios in Melbourne were converted from monochrome to colour.
