And then being able to explain back to them why it still meets their needs to overcome change aversion.--16K users running and troubleshooting video conference software (Meet and Zoom), students, staff, events, district team meetings, etc.--Setup new Windows (2012, 16, 19) and Ubuntu servers for various tasks, like SQL.--Write Python scripts to pull data from multiple sources and combine into health reports or to load into other systems as dashboards or to keep data synced.--Jira service desk & Zoho desk administration and workflow creation.--Resolving OS and wifi issues with log analysis, creating graphs to show relationships of logged events, and quickly parsing for key events.--Google Workspace administration, AD Administration, as well as directories / data in our vendor programs.
