• Analyze and report on inventory levels by tracking shipment and consumption data at Category and Segment breakouts at top retailers. • Lead trainings for the Category Management team and work as point of contact for them with the IRI Assortment tool • Work cross functionally with Sales Planning and Marketing to develop a ranking system for all product segments that are shared out to the field • Organize and facilitate a discussion with the Internal Sales on Dollar Share across all categories on a monthly basis • Currently working on a project to identify potential space opportunities in aisle outside of our category• Organize and lead a New Hire day for over 20 new hires to learn more about McCormick and its various departments• Develop and report on business trends for McCormick and competitors including dollar share, distribution, pricing, and merchandising on a monthly basis. • Assist in price increase executions by tracking retailer margins at a customer level• Track our price gaps to Private Label across all retailers for top S&E products• Identify competitive items as they enter the market and measure their impact to the category • Assist in aisle optimization by identifying core product voids at a retailer level
