• Manage store operations including customer service, merchandising, and sales. Monitor sales (against budget and previous years’ sales) and gross margin.• Staff management and scheduling, payroll, shipping and receiving, and office management as well as any other necessary administrative duties.• Participate in store openings, relocations and inventories.

• Execute any and all logistical functions necessary to sustain mission success of my assigned unit. • Maintain administrational organization and integrity of my position and my unit• Execute soldiering duties and delegate tactical orders to subordinate soldiers assigned to my section or squad.
