Summary - Selected to assist with developing the Tanker Planner application for the Defense Innovation Unit (DIUx) at Pivotal Labs in San Francisco, CA. While at Pivotal I was trained as a full stack developer and utilized the Agile process. • Identified issue in our MySQL database structure that would have led to needless redundant data being generated. Proposed a solution, which was implemented into the final product. • I excelled at automated testing with JUnit and mocha, which helped to prevent many unnoticed errors from going to production in the fast-paced release cycle. • Early volunteers, like myself, lead to the success of the program and resulted in the stand up of Kessel Run, which allowed more military members to get experience in the software industry.
