I lead a team of Subject Matter Experts, Technical Consultants, and Business Development Managers for North America focused on the Refining and Petrochemical industries conducting advanced problem solving, best practice auditing, and technical training. Additionally, I work on strategy development and execution utilizing the technical, business development and commercial teams.

I manage sales teams in the Illinois, Wisconsin and Minnesota areas supporting the Oil and Gas Downstream Processing Industry.

I am responsible for managing and mentoring two sales teams to improve area profitability as well as accelerate new account creation and development. The teams are trained and coached on the use of best practice business processes as well as technical consulting and problem solving for refineries throughout the greater New Orleans area. Additionally, my role is a corporate subject matter expert for process chemical treatment, automation solutions, and opportunity crude processing for North American refiners.

I research, create and implement strategies for refinery process chemical programs in the Americas. I work on new product development, commercialization, and market performance monitoring.
