- Delivered and assembled Peloton treads, bikes, and accessories in Members homes while educating the customers on product setup, features and usage, and performed in-home product repairs and maintenance
- Presented information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees and leads of the organization to educate new members on providing a comprehensive orientation on Peloton's tread and bike
- Expertly supported the customer through the entire delivery experience, staged the tread and bike and all additional accessories in the members home and served as Peloton’s product expert and brand ambassador
- Managed delivery routes with Peloton systems and maintained communication with the member prior to delivery and supported, coached, and developed warehouse/retail teams to ensure compliance at all times
- Executed a strong working knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Docs G-Suite, Smartsheet, Workforce Software, Jira, Confluence, Workday, ADP, and B2B/B2C sales processes
