With 11 years of experience in the US Air Force, I have developed a strong set of competencies in Personnel Management, Law Enforcement, Emergency Dispatch/Response and Electronic Security (Access Control, CCTV and Alarm Systems as both a monitor, technician and Program Manager). My mission is to protect and serve the people and assets of the nation, and to uphold the values and standards of the military. I am comfortable in a fast paced and high stress environment and have acquired multiple skills in this realm, such as Conflict Resolution, and Crisis Management. In 2021 I outshined dozens of other applicants Air Force wide and was successful in cross-training into the critically manned In-Flight Refueling career field. I now provide critical aerial refueling to Joint and Coalition aircraft and ensure the safety and efficiency of operations, personnel and assets involved. In this capacity I have contributed to numerous missions and projects that involved high-stakes and complex scenarios. I have demonstrated excellent teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as a high level of professionalism and discipline. In my 11 years I have won numerous different monthly, quarterly, annual, and miscellaneous awards and received a plethora of decorations to include the Air Force Achievement Medal, Commendation Medal and Good Conduct Medal. I have managed multiple programs, performed immediate supervisory roles and supervised large teams with diligence and integrity. I have consistently outperformed my peers and been hand selected by leadership to fill new and challenging roles. I am in the process of transitioning from Active Duty into the Civilian Sector where I am eager to put my life’s experiences and competencies to work.
