I have previously worked in hardware stores from the age of 16 until I was 25. In that time i developed strong customer service and management skills which allowed me to manage my families hardware store in Karuah up until 2008 when i moved into the bearing industry.I hold Cert IV in OHS, Cert IV in human resources - both of which i completed while working full time at Bearing Dynamics. I have also carried out the beginners course in return to work coordination and various product training courses.I worked as a Regional Operations Manager for Motion Asia Pacific for 2 years before taking on the role of National Quality and WHS manager for Motion Australia's Industrial Solutions stream.My hobbies include wood work, home brewing and gardening.
