Operate tractor-trailer combination, including doubles (and triples, where applicable) and/or straight trucks. Perform daily pre-trip and safety inspections on equipment, Hook/unhook trailers and converter dollies to/from a tractor and/or trailer. Perform freight handling using appropriate motorized and manual equipment, including but not limited to: forklift, pallet jack and hand truck. Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies, including but not limited to: pallets, straps and rope. Recoup/repair damaged freight when necessary. Verify and complete required documentation and reports. Comply with hazardous material regulations and procedures. Collect cash or checks for freight charges, as required, and maintain required documentation. Follow dispatch instructions and communicate with dispatch as required, including but not limited to: delays, arrivals and equipment problems. Communicate with customers to determine pick-up or delivery needs and solicit additional business. Demonstrate internal and external customer service. Ask for additional business from customers, and provide leads to sales for potential new opportunities. Perform chaining of vehicle tires as required. A Delivery Representative drives an AmeriGas Bobtail propane delivery truck and fills tanks for residential and industrial customers at their site. A Delivery Representative makes 15-25 customer stops on a typical day working in all weather and driving conditions. AmeriGas drivers use a rotating "on call" schedule to cover any off hour customer emergencies. Drive a bobtail delivery truck to customer sites and fill empty customer tanks of all sizes by pulling the hose from the truck to the tank location. Customer tanks may be located indoors or outdoors. Outdoor tanks are filled by using the hose from the truck; inside tanks are carried outside to the truck to be filled and then returned inside.

Deliver product within assigned route schedule and time windows. Immediately inform management team of any deviations. Unload product from trailer, by hand or using hand cart, and place in designated customer storage areas. Operate assigned STS unit to generate invoices. Verify delivery of items with customer and obtain proper signatures. Contact management for authorization when discrepancies on invoice and communicate all errors/returns. Collect money (cash or checks) where required, and turn in all funds collected daily. Pickup, load and unload damaged goods and customer returns, and complete necessary paperwork. Perform pre-trip and post-trip responsibilities in accordance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and Sysco policies and procedures. Perform coupling procedures for the tractor/trailer as needed. Complete Department of Transportation (DOT) logs (electronic or manual as required), company vehicle maintenance reports and reconcile with appropriate company representative as required. Follow SyscoSafe preferred work methods at all times, and immediately advise supervisor of any unsafe conditions. Maintain and safely operate all assigned equipment, including but not limited to hand cart, pallets, load bars, STS unit, and personal protective equipment. Maintain sanitary conditions in tractor and trailer, assist with maintaining sanitary conditions in the warehouse and yard and proper handling of product.

Drives a company vehicle over an established route to deliver, sell, merchandise and/or render service to Dean Foods customers. Vehicles consist of Straight, Pup or Tractor Trailer trucks. Calculate customer orders and maintain proper documentation in computerized hand-held device. Also collect money and maintain hard-copy documentation. Load/unload trucks. And conduct product inventories. Must resolve customer complaints. Stock and/or rotate product on shelves or in cold room. Must utilizing continuous improvement mindset, assist in identifying opportunities on improving processes.

Delivered product to stores on an established route or via dynamic dispatch to customers including Convenience and Gas stores, small supermarkets, drug stores, etc. Drives the delivery vehicle and brings product into the store. Responsible for ongoing rotating and stocking of product on store shelves, displays, in coolers and vending equipment. Builds small displays and sets up promotional materials such as pricing signs and banners. Generates invoices and is responsible for daily settlement of cash and charges. Has frequent interaction with store management. This position required lifting, loading and pushing/pulling cases ranging from 20-45 pounds repeatedly during work hours. It also required reaching, squatting and bending while delivering and merchandising products in the store. Lead audit teams consisting of quality, safety and technical auditors for supplier site assessments requested by cross-functional work teams. This includes resource coordination, collection and evaluation of evidence, report writing and compilation, problem investigation, and conflict resolution among other audit-related tasks.Plan, manage and schedule the overall audit program to ensure that supplier assessments are performed in a consistent, timely, professional and high quality manner and that all documentation such as assessment reports and supplier database records meet the needs of cross-functional work teams and other stakeholders.Assist Global Supplier Quality Management (SQM) team, Shared Services and Refining site stakeholders to develop a non-conformance reporting & collection process to monitor suppliers’ ongoing performance and to capture Cost of Poor Supplier Quality (CoPSQ).Work with suppliers to improve their quality systems, processes and performance.Lead the root cause and corrective action activities for suppliers’ product quality related issues.Lead the initiative to develop and manage the supplier score cards.Develop supplier relationships based on introducing and embedding a quality improvement culture.Support compliance with Siemens Code of Conduct, provide leadership, embed processes that achieve HSSE goals and improve supplier safety and reliability. Incoming and final inspections; quality-gate audits; RTV lists as requested; troubleshooting of WL product; verification testing of WL, VL, and EG accessory products.Developing regular NCM, incoming inspection, and final inspection reports for manager; more in-depth troubleshooting of VL and EG product; Create and follow-up on internal 8D's.

Incoming Inspections: Checking the dimension of linear, circular geometrical tolerances varying from milli to micro with the help of measuring or metrology equipment’s. Metrology or incoming inspection of machined components, castings. Reading of drawings and understand of criticality of technical specifications. Hands on experience are necessary on handling of measuring equipment’s. Test reports: Verification of physical, chemical and mechanical properties as per tech specs and conveying to the vendors in case of any discrepancies.Assembly: Assemble high voltage products as per technical requirements and application of torque and cleaning methods are essential.Calibration: Co-coordinating with agency to get calibration of required equipment’s as per defined time interval and taking necessary steps incase equipment’s are not meeting the required specs..Safety & EMS: Ensuring adherence to safety and EMS norms in order to reduce accidents.
