Quality Control Coordinator
Lead audit teams consisting of quality, safety and technical auditors for supplier site assessments requested by cross-functional work teams. This includes resource coordination, collection and evaluation of evidence, report writing and compilation, problem investigation, and conflict resolution among other audit-related tasks.Plan, manage and schedule the overall audit program to ensure that supplier assessments are performed in a consistent, timely, professional and high quality manner and that all documentation such as assessment reports and supplier database records meet the needs of cross-functional work teams and other stakeholders.Assist Global Supplier Quality Management (SQM) team, Shared Services and Refining site stakeholders to develop a non-conformance reporting & collection process to monitor suppliers’ ongoing performance and to capture Cost of Poor Supplier Quality (CoPSQ).Work with suppliers to improve their quality systems, processes and performance.Lead the root cause and corrective action activities for suppliers’ product quality related issues.Lead the initiative to develop and manage the supplier score cards.Develop supplier relationships based on introducing and embedding a quality improvement culture.Support compliance with Siemens Code of Conduct, provide leadership, embed processes that achieve HSSE goals and improve supplier safety and reliability. Incoming and final inspections; quality-gate audits; RTV lists as requested; troubleshooting of WL product; verification testing of WL, VL, and EG accessory products.Developing regular NCM, incoming inspection, and final inspection reports for manager; more in-depth troubleshooting of VL and EG product; Create and follow-up on internal 8D's.
