As a former Superior Court Judge and experienced civil and criminal trial attorney, my knowledge of the law and the court system gives me a unique perspective from which to assess the needs and interests of persons and businesses involved in litigation. As a judge I presided over more than one thousand trials, including disputes over trade secret theft, personal injuries, breach of contract, employment and eminent domain. Since returning to the practice of law I have worked with Bay Area attorneys in drafting, and responding to, pretrial motions and applications, in preparing for trial, and in trial presentation (four jury trials, three court trials) in matters involving contract disputes, wrongful termination of employment, unfair labor practices, breach of fiduciary duty, violation of civil rights. and civil harassment.
