My role as a Mac Genius has been one of the most rewarding work experiences in my life. Throughout my day, I have the ability to help support those who have technological issues, but I also have the opportunity to teach what I know and pay it forward.

My role as an FRS (Family Room Specialist), allowed me to gain experience in tech support as I learned in detail what it consists of in helping customers on a daily basis. This experience strengthened my ability to help in a fast paced environment, and moreover, how to be effective and efficient for each customer that I was assigned. This role gave me the chance to prove myself to my peers and managers in one day earning the title of a Mac Genius.

This role was my beginning at Apple. This is where my passion for technology came to surface as I watched my peers, and learned every single day. I was eager to learn, and every challenge was humbling. The best part of my job as a Specialist was being able to talk at length about the technology and help get customers the best solutions to fit their needs.
