I am an ABO Certified Optician with more than 25 years of experience in the optical industry and a Level 3 accredited CE lecturer for the ABO. I have worked in wholesale laboratories, private practice and corporate retail chains. My extensive skills in the areas of lens manufacturing, dispensing, staff management and development are well documented. I came to COLTS Laboratories' in 2006 and my experience includes testing and processing lenses, frames, and safety protective equipment. My primary responsibilities include customer service, education, and training and client management. I continue to be COLTS representative and technical expert on the ANSI Z80.1, ANSI Z80.3 and ANSI Z80.5 standards committees which began in 2010. In 2019, I became the Vice-Chairman of The Vision Council's, Lens Technical Committee.
