My career path has revolved around soccer and primarily consists of coaching, management, marketing and business developments. In my current positions, I am responsible for the recruitment, player development and community outreach of University of California, Santa Barbara student athletes. From 2015 - 2023 I managed all aspects of the soccer operations of Santa Barbara SC as the Director of Soccer. I have taken on various leadership positions as an NCAA Division I Head Coach, Executive Director of a State Association and a US Soccer Academy Director. In my various coaching and leadership positions our teams have achieved an NCAA National Championship, USYSA National Finalist and High School State Championships. I have had the honor of teaching, training and empowering players who have transcended to the US National Team, USYNT Teams, Major League Soccer, collegiate All-Americans and members of the Herman Trophy Watch List.C
