My name is Greg Wood, and I am a Principal Learning Consultant at Discover Financial Services. I have over 2 decades of Financial Services industry experience, including more than 14 years in Learning and Development. My passion for learning has led to roles as a facilitator/trainer, project/program manager, learning technology analyst, and learning consultant. I am dedicated to creating programs and environments that promote learning and growth and am currently working on creating skill-based and role-based learning paths. I work to develop others and to create environments that encourage others to be successful. I have accomplished this by building trust among those around me, leading by example, and creating open learning environments.I continuously and actively seek taking on new projects and enjoy challenges, working with others, and building strongly respected working relationships. To further build these existing skills, I pursued and completed my bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Florida, graduation in August 2022.
