The general scope of the position includes:- Management of the LATAM Editors and third-party agencies;- Management of the Brazilian and Latin catalogs (internal and external): Playlists, campaigns, new releases, featured content, etc.- Creation, planning, and execution of special campaigns and editorial support to partners;- Label Relations: Relationship between Napster and the record companies, labels, and distributors;- Participation in events.As the leader of the LATAM Marketing Team, I work closely with the Global leadership to create strategies, plans, assets, and presentations to support the product, new businesses, campaigns, etc. The general scope of the position includes:- Management of the LATAM Marketing Team;- Product, campaigns, and assets localization;- Creation, planning, execution, and maintenance of communication campaigns (B2B/D2C) on many different channels (e-mail marketing, newsletters, social networks, in-app, push notifications, etc.);- Creation and maintenance of branding and design assets (playlist covers, office/stationery materials, etc.);- Partner Relations (Meetings, presentations, assets, portals, pages, etc.);- Prospecting for new partners, ideas, campaigns, and businesses;- Participation in events.
