A few of my most memorable technical support projects include: • Building and leading a team of world-class technical support professionals to provide 24/7 support to internal and external clients in 30+ countries. We achieved and maintained a 99.999 uptime and 98% compliant security rating. • Created and conducted phishing awareness and training for four city divisions that used IT resources, thereby helping to avoid ransomware attacks and the resulting impact on the affected two neighboring communities. • Led team evaluating city Privileged Access Management with multiple vendors and project management software options from Oracle. • Created risk analysis workbook to conduct and monitor risk and gap analysis for city-critical infrastructure water plant and IT, allowing the city to perform self-assessment instead of hiring third parties, saving ~$12K/year per department.I recently moved to Texas after my wife transferred for her work.
