About Gregory Milton

How can higher education organizations successfully address the needs of 21st-century learning in a way that has impact, and can scale? For nearly 2 decades, leaders in the field have entrusted me to answer this question by championing lifelong learning. The days of relying on the excuse of "We've always done things this way" for traditional-age students only, simply will not cut it. Not today, when the challenges about the overall value of a degree are at the forefront of people's minds:- falling enrollments, increasing costs, demands for skills-based outcomes- a belief that legacy programs will perform better without change- resistance to the new (teaching, learning design, course delivery, and student services)- a growing divide between campus culture and the world outside of campusI believe that Evidence-based Decisions and Quality Program Execution have the power to solve the difficult problems facing the future of higher education. Happy to connect with fellow professionals and leaders with an interest in this area, and in bucking the status quo to do what is necessary and meaningful. Let's talk!
