• Negotiated a public/private cost sharing arrangement with the City of Aurora (Illinois) for the construction of a $6 million road improvement. Final agreement minimized overall project development cost by $3.5 million.

• Key partner of a 2-person acquisition team that sourced new development opportunities in highly competitive, seven-county, Chicagoland market area. Personally involved with the land acquisition of 1200 residential.
• Hired staff, lead project meetings with senior management, sourced new opportunities and managed all aspects of the entitlement process as the Interim Director of the department.
• Hired, supervised and managed a diverse, 6 person team of professional consultants.
• Twice honored with an award in recognition for exceptional work ethic and performance; the first honor bestowed personally by President of Concord Homes.
• Collaborated with the VP of Development to resolve a complex $2.5 million utility infrastructure agreement with the City of Joliet. The agreement was critical to the commencement of a 400 unit, $90 million community.
