Builds and leads a team of 40+ DOT Drivers in three distinct domiciles with over 25 tractors, and an annual budget of more than $20 Million.Manages the Driver Qualification Files for all DOT drivers on team ensuring a 100% compliance with DOT regulations over the course of 2 DOT audits.Managed the upgrade of driver log systems to electronic logging devices for entire fleet including training drivers on the new system.Scheduled over 80 Million miles, moving over 600 Million cases while maintaining less than 20% empty miles and minimal lost days due to injuries.Selected to be regional super user for two electronic logging device manager portals, training over 30 peers on the system.
