Team Leader for the US Level 3 Team supporting the range of products built off the SVC code-base.* Primary triage point for all incoming Level 3 calls during US business hours, working to allocate critical problems to other members of the team based on their current active workload.* Worked to identify goals for the members of the team and assisted in achieving those goals.* Monitored the Level 3 problem queues, and worked on individual problems, assisting the Level 2 team and pushing numerous critical problems to resolution.* Interfaced with development team to drive code issues through the defect process and ultimately into Generally Available code.* Developed tools for use by the entire SVC/V7000 Worldwide support teams.* Specialist in SVC Performance Analysis, delivering education to multiple globally diverse teams on this subject.* Contributed heavily to knowledge sharing platforms to increase team independence across the support structure.

Tester on the SAN Volume Controller platform.* Responsible for executing tests on SVC focused SAN environments.* Maintained medium sized Storage Area Networks for the purpose of executing these tests, including exposure to multiple Fibre Channel switch vendors (Brocade, Cisco etc), administering multiple storage controllers (EMC, HP, HDS, IBM) and configuring and using multiple server Operating Systems (Linux, Windows, AIX, HP-UX, Solaris) to drive IO to the environment.* Authored Test Plans to ensure test cycles at numerous stages covered all relevant areas.* Interfaced with development to discuss problems, test fixes etc.* Developed libraries for use in test automation work, primarily using Perl and shell scripting.
